Airline Road is a 45,000 square foot office building that is a core and shell project. Samsung HVAC was chosen for this project for the capability of providing the Heat Recovery Condensing units, refrigerant piping and mode control units on the base building. This design allows the owner to provide the condensing units on the base with each tenant the capability of designing their space to their needs with the many different options for zoning. The building has a Samsung Centralized controller, multi-tenant function boards and tenant billing for the owner.
