The IRA Avenue project is a townhouse style condo community located in Machnke Park. This project consists of eight structures with 19 townhomes total. Samsung HVAC Eco Systems were selected for this project due to the efficiency of the VRF systems utilizing cassettes on the 1st and 2nd floors with the 3rd floor having a ducted air handler and the space constraints for ductwork through each level. Each townhome will the capabilities for the HVAC to be controlled from Samsung SmartThings App.
