This is a Medical Office Building specializing in the needs for special needs individuals. The project is 165,000 square feet with multiple tenants. Equipment selected consists of 238 tons of Samsung HVAC Heat Recovery units, 12 – CaptiveAire Outside Air Packaged Units and Plasma Air Bi-Polar Ionization in each fan coil unit. Samsung HVAC was selected by HM3 Engineering for this project for the ability to provide efficient heat recovery condensing units that can serve multiple lease spaces on a single system, including the benefit of Bi-Polar Ionization with Plasma Air. Morgan’s Wonderland is a very large non-profit in San Antonio, Texas and MJEC is excited to serve as a part in this along with many others for this community on this project.
