MJEC worked closely with Dawson Van Orden on selecting the equipment for this project during the design phase. Air Performance Services in Austin, Texas worked closely with MJEC in bringing this project into budget. The plan for the owner is to renovate an older office building, offering clients current technology in air conditioning and efficiency. With this in mind, Variable Refrigerant Flow was selected for this project.
