TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY HONORS RESIDENCE HALL
This 300-bed residence hall is dedicated to Honors students at Texas Tech University. The building utilizes campus utility services to serve fan-coils located in each unit. Chilled and hot water is distributed by Grundfos pumps in the main mechanical space. The ground floor also includes conference space and a fully-functioning Starbucks coffee shop.
