Hyatt Place / Hyatt House
Due to open in 2022, the Hyatt Place-Hyatt House project is a 14 story development pairing 159 rooms for Hyatt Place and 139 extended stay rooms at Hyatt House. The hotels will share a variety of amenities and offer convenient access to the world-renowned Texas Medical Center district.
Friedrich model VHA vert-i-paks were provided for each hotel room. The single point packaged solution eliminates water and refrigerant piping throughout the building and saves roof space. Friedrich is an industry leader for these systems and offers ease of installation, operation and maintenance which is ideal for hotel properties.
