Mark McMillan, our CEO and founder has over 4 decades of experience in our industry. While he is ultimately responsible for all operations of the company, Mark’s experience provides a valuable technical resource to the industry for almost any type of mechanical system.
Mark graduated from Texas A&M with a mechanical engineering degree. When not working Mark enjoys golf and music. He is a singer song writer and has been writing and recording his own music for many years.

Robert McMillan started his career in the HVAC industry over 25 years ago. As VP of Operations, Robert oversees the day to day operations of the company. 

Robert enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his wife and son.
