UT Arlington Aircuity Installation

Owner: UTA

Mechanical Contractor: TD Industries

Products Used: Aircuity

Brief Description: An Aircuity system was installed in the C&P Building in order to monitor the indoor environmental quality of the laboratories in the building.  The air change rate in certain labs was reduced allowing for significant energy savings and a payback of 3 years.  This was installed as part of a larger energy savings project installed by TD industries. The campus purchased a 10 year sensor calibration plan ensuring the energy savings will continue to be achieved over the next decade.  The Aircuity system was integrated to the Siemens building automation system via BACnet.
