Brief Description: McMillan James Equipment Company is proud to have teamed up with DynaTen Corporation on the construction of the Hotel and Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. This was a two phase project. Phase I consisted of 150 single family residences and 250 guest rooms served by Climate Master High Efficiency Heat Pumps. This luxury hotel opened late in the summer of 2007. Phase II Consisted of 95 luxury single family residences served by Climate Master High Efficiency heat pumps and a field erected Marley cooling tower built underground that serves the heat pumps and exhausts the parking garage. Phase II opened early 2009.

The Dectron units serving the space dehumidify the air to remove the moisture and heat lost from the pool during the normal evaporation process.

General Contractor: Western Builders Mechanical Contractor: Scottco Mechanical Architect: Shivert-Megert & Associates Products Used: Systecon Packaged Pumping Systems and Brief Description: When Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport decided to expand and renovate their terminals, they also decided to employ a complicated and highly-efficient variable-primary pumping system. To optimize the system, and translate a high-efficiency concept into a real-world system, they utilized Systecon for their pumping systems. The chilled water, condenser water and heating water systems are all pumped via packaged, skidded pumping systems, with integral PLC controls. The systems utilize eleven (11) PACO end suction pumps.
