In keeping with our corporate mission to “enhance our customer’s ability to perform” we do not view our service department as a profit center. Our service department is there to support our sales. Period!
We maintain five service vechicles with full time service technicians. Our techs are factory certified to service all of the products we sell and are simply the best trained techs in the market. We perform factory start-up on all major pieces of equipment we sell. Although we strive hard not to compete with our customers, we offer service contracts to end users on the more complex systems. If there is a problem in the field with any of the equipment we have sold we send our techs out to fix the problem first and figure out who’s to blame later. This positive and rapid response makes it that much easier when asking for the next order.
